San Diego’s Only Exclusively Focused Dental Sleep Medical Practice.

How We're Keeping You Safe and Healthy During COVID-19

BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS from the ADA and the CDC, we’re temporarily limiting our care. We recommend that all of our patients check the CDC’s website for information on the coronavirus and what we can do to slow the spread.

We Are Excited To Be Resuming ALL Patient Care.

A Personal Letter From Dr. Rose Rohatgi - Updated July 20, 2020

We hope this finds you and your family in good health and spirits. We have been busy and in our small way, we have been supporting the community. While many things in our community have changed, one thing that remains the same is our commitment to safety.

We've Always Strived To Exceed Standards of Care & Infection Control:

  • Infection control has always been our top priority. We have always had many practices in place that you may not have even noticed.
  • Our infection control processes are such that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.
  • The newest protocols that we are putting into place are designed to keep our team comfortable and safe in addition to our patient family.
  • Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the ADA, the CDC, and OSHA. We follow these agencies so that we stay up-to-date.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.

What To Expect At Your Next Visit:

  • Please wear a mask each time you need to enter our office.
  • Please use the sanitation station upon entering and leaving our building.  It is located at the entrance of the building and at each bathroom station.
  • Our reception (i.e. waiting) area is closed at this time to encourage social distancing.
  • We will use a non - touch thermometer to take temperature on every individual who enters our office, including staff members.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. So you might have fewer options for scheduling your appointment.  We are doing our best to accommodate everyone's appointment.
  • We will do our best to reduce waiting times for you, and I hope you will understand that we will be utilizing a virtual waiting room (your car) sometimes.
  • We have purchased additional items to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our team. These include: sneeze guards at the front desk and exam rooms, face shields, temperature checks, screening questions, and other features.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, our team, and every patient, safe in our practice.

To make an appointment, please call our office at 858-617-0660 or request one on our website.  See you soon!
